Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products returned should be in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers MUST contact us for a return authorization number. Note: Unauthorized returns not accepted. To start a return, contact us at contact@skillupsportingservices.com.
If the return is accepted, please note that returns will need to be sent to our return address at your own cost, we won’t arrange for pick-up or pay back the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (that we paid) will be deducted from your refund. Return address will be shared with the return authorization number, once the return is accepted.
Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Additionally, if any product is purchased in India and then brought to another country this will void any warranty on the product(s) and will also be not eligible for returns and refunds.
Products purchased from our partnering retail stores or any other reseller – If the product is purchased from a retail store or reseller, please address this matter with the store/reseller from whom the item was originally purchased. We don’t take any responsibility for returns/refunds on third party sales.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received the product(s) back to our warehouse, complete the inspection and quality check we will notify you about your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the order amount (less shipping charges that we paid on your order) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/quantity, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at contact@skillupsportingservices.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/bank account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed/refunded back in the original mode of payment. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Skill Up Sporting Services and accepts Skill Up Sporting Services decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellations by the customer
In case of requests for order cancellations, Skill Up Sporting Services reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been invoiced, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount in the original mode of payment.
